Shipping & Returns


Please allow up to 48 hours from time of purchase confirmation for orders to be fulfilled and shipped. We do not ship on the weekends, so keep in mind orders placed after 3:00pm on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. Email confirmation of fulfillment and shipping will be sent to you.

If you have an item you wish to return or exchange, please email us at and include your order number along with the item name and reason for your return/exchange. We will email back within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed. You may also call us at (512) 294-2816 and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please keep in mind, emails and phone calls regarding return or exchange request must be made before return or exchange period expires. 


You may return/exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of the ship date. ALL RETURNS must be made within 14 DAYS of the SHIP DATE or we will not honor the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will then offer an exchange option or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an exchange item will be available when the return reaches our department and we cannot hold items for exchange. Our free shipping is for the initial purchase only. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. We leave that completely up to the customer.

Our 14 day return/refund policy is very strict and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances due to demand of product and movement of inventory. We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, all SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Any purchases made during  Store-Wide Sales are also FINAL SALE as we are trying to move products to make room for new arrivals. Please keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events or final sale collections.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
